Job DescriptionProduct Analyst Role

We are seeking a talented and self-driven individual to accelerate our efforts and be a major part of our high-quality culture.

Responsibilities:Product Delivery & Techno-Functional Mindset:
  • Shipping high-quality Enterprise or SaaS products.
  • Understanding industry trends, market proposition, and competitive benchmark.
  • Experience with web/mobile applications and modern UX/UI patterns.
  • Solutioning problems technically and functionally.
  • 3rd party integrations with technical concepts and architecture understanding.
  • Planning and analysis phase involvement in product lifecycle.
Requirement Gathering & Documentation Skills:
  • Evaluating requirements against existing business and system processes.
  • Creating models to identify, validate, document, and communicate business requirements.
  • Business requirement document (BRD)/system specification documents (SSD) creation.
  • Opportunities to improve existing business and system processes identification.
Stakeholder Management & Delivery Coordination:
  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Detailed walkthrough sessions for gathered requirements.
  • Assisting Quality Management team to ensure deliverables meet standards.
  • User Acceptance testing phase assistance and triage meetings.
  • Communicating technical issues to non-technical users/clients.
Requirements:
  • MBA with 2 years of industry experience from A School.
  • Bachelor's degree in BTECH computer science or MCA or MBA in Finance.
  • Prior experience in product company.
Required Skills:
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making.
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to architect and drive change.
  • Leading in a global, matrix environment.
  • Client management skills.
