Shree Projects is a Lucknow-based Solar Installation, HVAC and Infra firm delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects across UP. We value discipline, results and clean execution — we want an Executive / Intern who can run paid campaigns that produce measurable leads.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive/ Intern (Performance Ads Google + Meta)
Location: (On-site/Hybrid)
Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on role & skills)

Role:
Manage SEO, social media, and overall digital marketing (Meta and Google) to grow online presence and generate leads — MUST execute independently.

Key duties:
1. Launch & manage Google (Search) and Meta (FB/IG/YT) campaigns.
Responsibilities:
2. Execute SEO (on-page & off-page) and improve search rankings.
3. Manage social media marketing (SEM) & content posting.
4. Plan and run digital campaigns for lead generation.
5. Grow followers, engagement, and visibility across platforms.

Requirements:
1. Knowledge of SEO, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing tools & strategies.
2. Ability to work independently and deliver results.

Non-negotiable requirements:
* Prior internship experience/project experience in paid social/search (must).
* Proven hands-on Google Ads + Meta Ads experience.
* Independent, data-driven, professional.
