We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our social media team, manage client communication, and design innovative strategies that strengthen brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, from planning to analytics, while ensuring smooth client servicing and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Guide and supervise content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and social media executives.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, understand client requirements, address concerns, and deliver timely updates.
  • Planning & Strategy: Create social media calendars, campaign ideas, and viral content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.) and prepare detailed reports for clients.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and tools to ensure cutting-edge strategies.
  • Crisis Management: Handle negative feedback or social media issues proactively with effective solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and client relationship management.
  • Proficiency with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Analytics tools).
  • A balance of creativity and analytical thinking.
  • 2–5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
