You love coding, solving hard problems, and seeing your work in action across thousands of daily customer interactions.You are someone who:- Constantly asks, "Why?" and isn’t afraid to dive deep to find the answers.- Enjoys rapid prototyping and iterating but also takes pride in developing rock-solid, production-grade systems.- Has strong, thoughtful opinions yet remains open-minded, able to disagree and commit.- Understands the big picture, architects scalable systems, and enjoys working across frontend, backend, and microservices to deliver end-to-end solutions.Key Responsibilities- Architect, design, and implement scalable, reliable solutions for our next-gen Voice AI platform.- Build robust backend services using Python and relational databases (PostgreSQL, etc.).- Develop intuitive front-end experiences, leveraging modern frameworks and best practices.- (Huge Bonus) Own Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices—ensuring system scalability, monitoring, stress-testing, reliability, and observability.- Create and manage cloud-native microservices architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure) ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.- Optimize and enhance performance through continuous improvements, fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), and refining voice/text processing pipelines.- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to rapidly build and ship impactful features.Mandatory Qualifications- Hands-on experience with Voice AI tech stack (ASR/STT, TTS, LLM integration).- Deep familiarity with real-time communication protocols: WebSockets, WebRTC, RTP, SIP.- Strong background in real-time audio streaming (Opus, PCM), latency handling, and jitter buffering.- Solid experience integrating with telephony providers and SIP Integrations (Twilio, Telenyx, Exotel, Vonage, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH).- 5+ years full-stack development with strong backend in Python and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.).- Proven expertise in scalable microservices and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure).- Expertise in SRE practices: stress testing, benchmarking, monitoring, logging, and observability.- Strong understanding of databases (PostgreSQL or similar) and system performance optimization.Highly Desired Skills- Prior experience fine-tuning/evaluating Large Language Models (LLMs) and building monitoring pipelines.- Experience integrating Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and advanced TTS engines.- Familiarity with data streaming frameworks (Kafka, WebSockets).- Proficiency in Native/React Native frameworks for frontend/mobile development.- Familiarity with WebRTC SFU/MCU frameworks (Janus, mediasoup, LiveKit).- Knowledge of security & compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI).- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).Why OmniDimension?- Work on groundbreaking technologies at the cutting edge of Generative AI.- Directly impact a platform used by top enterprises and innovative builders globally.- Join a passionate founding team that values ownership, innovation, and relentless execution.- Thrive in a culture that embraces challenges, encourages bold ideas, and rewards hustle.This is not just another job—it's an opportunity to shape the future of voice-driven AI interactions worldwide.
