Job Summary :

The Senior Power BI Developer will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Power BI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, report creation, and visualization using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and Design : Create, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making processes.

- Data Integration : Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

- Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and IT teams to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

- Optimization : Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability.

- Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and functionalities. Create and maintain documentation for Power BI solutions.

- Advanced Analytics : Implement advanced analytics features such as DAX calculations, custom visuals, and Power Query transformations.

- Stay Current : Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and business :

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power BI development and : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.

- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling.

- Experience with SQL Server, SSAS, and other relational databases.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure is a plus.

- Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

- Certifications : Power BI certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with other BI tools (e., Tableau, QlikView).

- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality BI solutions in a fast-paced environment.
