Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Digital and Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, with a primary focus on social media platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions while leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty across key platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create compelling, high-quality content tailored to each social media channel, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that align with brand voice and resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with our audience in real-time, fostering community growth and driving positive sentiment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute integrated social media campaigns that support product launches, promotions, events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track KPIs, identify insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizing content and campaign strategies.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy:
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that encompass social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, PPC advertising, and other relevant channels.
  • Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, target audience segmentation, and campaign objectives.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to execute targeted email campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and personalized customer journeys that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic to our digital properties.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing digital assets, landing pages, and ad creatives that resonate with our target audience and drive action.
  • Analytics and Optimization:
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across digital and social media channels, including website traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Use analytics insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, implementing A/B tests and optimization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital and social media marketing, proactively recommending innovative strategies and tactics to drive continuous improvement and competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and drive optimization strategies.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across departments.
