Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Brand Solutions and Sponsorship Management Executive  to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead in identifying, pitching, and onboarding brands for sponsorships and activations while also managing end-to-end brand strategies. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and enhancing our reputation as a trusted partner for brands.

Key responsibilities:

1. Brand Partnerships and Sponsorships:

  • Identify potential brands for sponsorships and activations aligned with CosaNostra Live’s events.
  • Develop compelling pitches and presentations to onboard brands for collaborations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with brand partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate sponsorship deals and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

2. Brand Strategy and Solutions:

  • Research and analyze market trends to develop tailored brand strategies for clients.
  • Conceptualise and execute creative brand solutions for sponsorship activations.
  • Ensure strategies align with both client goals and event objectives.

3. Project Management:

  • Oversee the execution of sponsorship deliverables across events and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, creative) to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed post-event reports to sponsors.

4. Brand Communication:

  • Develop and manage communication plans for sponsors, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sponsor visibility and ROI during activations.

Qualifications

  • Brand Strategy, Brand Management, and Brand Marketing skills
  • Market Research and Communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in event management or entertainment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
