We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer proficient in Java and React.js to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications from end to end. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.Design, develop, and deploy robust backend services using Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.

Build responsive and user-friendly frontend components using React.js and related libraries.

Create RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints to facilitate communication between the frontend and backend systems.

Implement authentication, authorization, and data security measures to protect sensitive information.

Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified during testing phases.

Optimize application performance and scalability to deliver a seamless user experience.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development and propose innovative solutions to enhance our products.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java and React.js.

Strong proficiency in backend development using Java frameworks like Spring Boot.

Experience building responsive and interactive UI components using React.js and related libraries (e.g., Redux, Material-UI).

Familiarity with frontend development tools and technologies such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.

Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
