Learn more at Experienced in Building information modelling (BIM) and coordination for MEP services with other trades such as Architecture, Electrical & Structure.- Experience in Revit modelling, Annotations, Sheet preparation- Able to do the Clash resolution using Navisworks- Able to prepare detailed floor plan layout for HVAC, Plumbing and firefighting services- Able to prepare detailed layout for HVAC pump rooms, AHU rooms, Plumbing and firefighting pumps rooms- Able to prepare the schematic riser for HVAC, Plumbing and firefighting service- Able to prepare shop drawing- Able to prepare as built drawings as per the site installation instructions.- Able to work on the CAD to prepare the Schematic riser- Able to prepare the takeoff sheet for BOQ for HVAC, Plumbing and firefighting service from the Revit and AutoCAD.- Able to communicate with project team and design Engineer.

Requirements:

- Requires qualification as Diploma in Mechanical or ITI course from the certified institute.- Minimum experience of 3 years required in above mentioned.
