Job Description Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals in the Transport & Distribution industry. Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent in Mumbai. Oversee employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies. Manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee development and productivity. Collaborate with leadership to plan workforce requirements and succession planning. Address employee grievances and provide effective resolutions. Spearhead learning and development programmes to upskill employees. The Successful Applicant A successful Head HR should have: A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field. Proven expertise in HR management within the Transport & Distribution industry. Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices. Ability to lead and inspire teams while driving organisational change. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
