What You'll Do Build and scale backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) Design systems with clean architecture and a focus on separation of concerns Write modular, testable, and Pythonic code Optimize for performance, concurrency, and robustness Integrate with databases, external APIs, and message queues Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features Review code, mentor peers, and champion coding standards What You Must Bring 27 years of experience in backend development using Python Deep understanding of Python internals , including the Global Interpreter Lock (GIL) Strong grasp of the Zen of Python and its practical applications Proficient with pythonic constructs : list comprehensions, generators, decorators, context managers, etc. Solid understanding of REST APIs , SQL/NoSQL databases, and async programming Familiarity with Docker, Git workflows, CI/CD Experience deploying scalable services on AWS, GCP, or Azure Nice to Have Experience with AgriTech or data-driven platforms Exposure to message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Familiarity with domain-driven design (DDD) Why Join KJBN Labs?
