This role is for someone who understands storytelling, expert positioning, authority-building content, and how to craft narratives that cut through the noise.You will own end-to-end brand strategy — from defining positioning to writing scripts, planning content pipelines, and executing campaigns that elevate the founders as industry experts in creative production, video editing, and entrepreneurship.Key responsibilitiesBrand strategy & PositioningDevelop clear, differentiated personal brand identities for each founderCraft expert positioning in the areas of video editing, agency building, leadership, and creative strategyBuild foundational messaging frameworks, tone of voice, and content pillarsIdentify opportunities for authority-building: interviews, features, thought leadership, collaborationsContent strategy & PlanningBuild monthly and weekly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTokCreate content ideas based on trends, insights, and market conversationsWork closely with the Edit Lobby production team to ensure content is executed on timeMonitor analytics and adjust strategy for maximum reach and engagementScriptwriting & CopywritingWrite scripts for short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)Create talking points, storytelling frameworks, and founder monologuesDraft captions, hooks, and scroll-stopping headlinesCreate long-form content such as newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and expert articlesExpert marketing & GrowthTurn founder knowledge and experience into powerful, teachable contentBuild expert ecosystems — mini series, frameworks, signature opinions, bold takesOptimize thought-leadership presence across platformsConduct competitor analysis, industry insights, and market trendsIf interested, send your resume to
