Job Description for the profile of Internal Auditor
Job Title : Internal Auditor
Location: Gurgaon (Haryana)
Mode of Work : Work from Office-Gurgaon
Mandate: Candidate must be from CA firm / Consulting industry
Responsibilities:
Participate in activities such as execution of the detailed programs for audits, review of financial, operational, compliance and risk systems, processes, and procedures to determine efficiency, effectiveness and alignment with internal policies, procedures, regulations and industry standards.
To ensure timely conduct of the audit and submitting the audit findings.
Develop an understanding of the function to be audited and use business knowledge, analytical skills, and experience in identifying findings and improvements.
To perform various audits for Sales, Marketing, Purchases, Finance, HR, Inventory, Production, Statutory and Labour Compliances, etc.
Assisting in preparing the audit reports as per the audit findings, providing corrective actions and improvement plans.
Discussion of audit reports with the auditee and closure.
Drafting and testing of Internal Financial Control documentation and suggesting measures for better internal controls.
Qualification :
Experience in Internal Audit of wide range of companies like Manufacturing, Real estate, FMCG, Pharma, etc.
Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of experience or Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience

Our Hiring Process :
If the profile of a candidate gets shortlisted, the hiring team will get in touch within 72 hours.
The initial shortlisting will be followed by 2 rounds of interview (Technical round & Interaction with Senior Management). Post Final Selection, there will be an interaction with HR representative.
