Contracts Specialist II

One of our prestigious clients in theMaritime Industry is looking to hire aContracts Specialist II to be based inKingdom of SaudiArabia .

Your futurerole:

The position shall procureall services contracts including releasing reviewing PRs releasingRFPs follow up with proponents and suppliers leading the bidsevaluation process until awarding and signing the contracts. Theposition holder shall obtain quality products for competitiveprices in a timely fashion. The position holder has theresponsibility for ensuring the code of ethics following policyprocedures and applicable local regulations. The position holdershall demonstrate integrity accountability communication skills andcommitment toteamwork.

Yourresponsibilities:

• Coordinatedevelopment of contracts including planning facilitation andexecution to support the requirements of the proponentorganization.
• Evaluating negotiating andexecuting various contracts covering a range of transactions andactivities.
• Conduct the procurement process inaccordance with the company procedures with high qualitywork.
• Recommend modification to the contractingprocedures regularly.
• Ensure compliance withthe procurement KPIs.
• Maintainingcorrespondence and documentation related tocontracts.

Whowe are lookingfor:

• Bachelorsdegree in Supply Chain Management Business Operations ManagementEngineering or equivalent.
• Atleast 39 years of relevant experience in contract procurementrole.

One of the belowcertificates ispreferable:

• CertifiedCommercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) designation through theNational Contract ManagementAssociation.
• Certified Professional ContractsManager (CPCM) designation through the National Contract ManagementAssociation.
• Contract & CommercialManagement (CCM) designation through the World Commerce &ContractingAssociation.
