Experience Required:

● 1 – 2 years of experience in an advertising agency or related field.

● Bachelors/ Master’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications,

or related field.


Major Roles & Responsibilities:

● Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual

hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.

● Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand,

and consistent with the brand tonality.

● Present finalised ideas and concepts to the internal teams and

clients.

● Work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives, print

creatives, web banners, etc.

● Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in design and

advertising.

● Being a part of all client meetings and communicating with internal

teams to discuss the business objectives and requirements from a

design perspective.

● Interpret the client's business needs and develop concepts to suit

their purpose.

● Obtain approval of the concepts by submitting rough layouts and

sketches.

● Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through

research.

● Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.

● Maintaining necessary design trackers to track their work and

ensuring as per scope we are delivering from the design front.


Skills Required:

● Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.

● Excellent design and artistic abilities.

● Knowledge of any other Software like After Effects, Character

Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc. would be a great

add-on.

● Great time management skills.

● Ability to work efficiently and contribute in a team environment.
