About the Role We are looking for a passionate and creative Content & Storytelling Lead to bring Aatm Nirbhar’s mission and impact to life through powerful storytelling and multimedia content. This role focuses entirely on creating inspiring, educational, and engaging content that amplifies our mission, deepens community engagement, and highlights the journeys of the women we work with. You will lead the creation and execution of a content and communication strategy across platforms—website, social media, newsletters, podcasts, and collaborations—ensuring everything aligns with Aatm Nirbhar’s voice, values, and purpose. ???? Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creation Develop and execute a content and storytelling strategy aligned with Aatm Nirbhar’s mission and goals. Create compelling written, visual, and multimedia content (stories, blogs, videos, social media posts, newsletters, and podcasts) that highlight our programs and impact. Conceptualize, script, and produce podcast episodes that spotlight women changemakers, partners, and thought leaders from Aatm Nirbhar’s ecosystem. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce high-quality multimedia assets. Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and brand identity across all content formats. Curate stories from the field and turn them into emotionally resonant narratives that inspire audiences. Partnerships & Collaborations Identify and engage with like-minded organizations, influencers, and media partners to extend Aatm Nirbhar’s reach. Co-create storytelling campaigns, podcast collaborations, and content series that amplify shared missions. Manage communications and creative alignment with external collaborators. Brand Building & Thought Leadership Strengthen Aatm Nirbhar’s brand presence through storytelling, podcasts, and impact-driven communication. Develop narratives that position Aatm Nirbhar as a pioneer in women’s mobility, leadership, and empowerment. Represent the brand’s voice in public-facing communication—articles, interviews, and digital campaigns. Documentation & Impact Communication Document stories of change from programs and partnerships through interviews, features, and visuals. Work with program teams to translate field data and experiences into compelling storytelling content. Maintain a narrative and visual archive for reports, donor communication, and public engagement. Tracking & Learning Monitor content engagement and audience response across platforms, including podcasts. Use qualitative feedback and analytics to refine storytelling formats and strategies. Prepare brief monthly reports on storytelling activities and outcomes. ✅ Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or related fields. A Master’s degree is a plus. Experience: 2–4 years of experience in content creation, storytelling, communications, or social impact media. Experience with podcasts or audio storytelling is highly desirable. Skills: Exceptional writing, interviewing, and narrative-building skills. Strong understanding of digital storytelling and social media platforms. Familiarity with podcast production and audio editing tools. Comfort with basic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Audacity, etc.). Ability to translate real-world impact into inspiring, human-centered stories.
