Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead with expertise in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ML/AI technologies, excellent leadership abilities, and a strong track record of delivering high quality solutions.

As a Tech Lead, you will be :

- Responsible for developing and deploying advanced AI/ML models, systems, setting strategic direction & ensuring successful delivery of technological initiatives. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of technology, exceptional management skills & a track record of driving engineering excellence and innovation.

WHAT WILL YOU DO :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and incorporate new technologies and methodologies into the team's workflow.

- Build and manage the engineering team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a high-performance culture.

- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards.

- Define, maintain & collaborate cross functionally on product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and market needs.

- Drive the adoption of best practices in engineering, including Agile methodologies, code quality, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Architect and oversee the integration of ML/AI solutions into existing systems and platforms.

- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the company's technology strategy.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.

WHAT DO YOU NEED :

- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on ML/AI technologies

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java,Node.js or C++.

- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data processing, and model evaluation.

- Experience with popular ML frameworks

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their ML services.

- Familiarity with data engineering practices and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, first principles thinking and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders
