About the Role :

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled developer with a strong understanding of SharePoint development tools and best practices.

You will collaborate with various teams (IT, business users) to design, develop, and implement robust SharePoint solutions that enhance our document management, collaboration, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy customized SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Designer, or client-side development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Configure and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to meet departmental or project needs.

- Integrate SharePoint with other business systems and applications using APIs and web services.

- Develop custom user interfaces and functionalities to enhance the user experience within SharePoint.

- Implement security measures and user access controls to ensure data integrity and compliance.

- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the functionality and performance of SharePoint customizations.

- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing SharePoint solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SharePoint development tools and technologies.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and recommend SharePoint solutions to streamline processes.

- Document SharePoint configurations and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 3+ years of experience developing SharePoint applications and customizations.

- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, functionalities, and development tools (SPFx, SharePoint Designer).

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for client-side development (experience with TypeScript is a plus).

- Experience with integrating SharePoint with external data sources and APIs is a plus.

- Understanding of security best practices for SharePoint development is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
