The role: HR Intern (Technical Hiring) ????You’ll work directly with the founder to help build a world-class team — AI engineers, designers, editors, and everything in between. This isn’t HR paperwork. It’s talent hunting at startup speed. What you’ll doSource and filter candidates across roles — from AI developers to video editors. Label and organize applications like a machine — every detail matters. Schedule interviews, follow up, and ensure smooth coordination. Maintain and update all hiring documentation, neatly and on time. Draft clean, professional replies that still sound human. Learn how hiring actually works inside a fast-scaling product company. What we’re looking forYou’re organized to the core — details don’t slip past you. You write clearly, directly, and without fluff. You can dedicate 3–4 ultra-focused hours daily — consistency matters more than time. You understand startup urgency — things move fast here. You actually want to learn how teams are built from the ground up. The deal₹15,000/month stipend for 3 months (internship). Post-internship: ₹12–15 LPA full-time offer (no negotiation games). Fully remote — we don’t care where you work, only that you deliver. You’ll work directly with the founder , get real visibility, and learn what hiring at scale actually looks like.
