We’re Hiring Field Sales Executives – Multiple Locations Across IndiaCompany: Talentigence HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Hiring for a client) Role: Field Sales Executive Locations: Delhi NCR | Gurgaon | Noida | Faridabad Openings: 50 Positions (10 per location) Industry: Digital Advertising & Outdoor Media Experience: 1–3 Years Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 + High Incentives + Allowances Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Company Our client, a fast-growing digital advertising brand, installs LED ad boards on residential and commercial properties. Property owners earn ₹500–₹1,500 per day , while brands get high-impact local visibility — a true win-win model. Role Overview – What You’ll Do As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding the LED advertising network by onboarding homeowners and shopkeepers. Your main responsibilities include: ✔️ Territory management & daily field visits ✔️ Meeting property owners and pitching income model ✔️ Generating high-quality leads ✔️ Completing registrations and onboarding owners ✔️ Achieving weekly & monthly onboarding targets Training & Work Structure Fast-Track 6-Day Onboarding Plan Days 1–2: Product & sales training Days 3–6: Field work + generating 8–10 visits/day & 4–6 leads/day Weekly Work Pattern Mon–Thu → High-intensity field activity Fri → Registrations, conversions & closing Mandatory Weekly Target: ➡️ 10 Successful Registrations Every Friday ➡️ Monthly Target: 40–50 Registrations 90-Day Probation During probation you must meet weekly and monthly targets. Successful completion leads to: ✨ Permanent employment ✨ Higher salary bracket ✨ Team-based role ✨ Promotion opportunities (Sr. Executive / TL) This role is meant for self-driven achievers — not for candidates needing daily supervision. Candidate Requirements Must Have: ✔️ 1–3 years of Field Sales/B2C/Direct Sales experience ✔️ Strong convincing & communication skills ✔️ Fluency in Hindi, English & local language ✔️ Smartphone + basic digital skills Mindset: Target-driven Independent & responsible Confident dealing with property owners
