Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Directeur de la construction dans notre bureau de Nivelles.
En tant qu'ingénieur, vous serez responsable de l'exécution de tous les projets d'investissement conformément à la planification, tout en fournissant des projets de haute qualité. Nous recherchons donc un candidat orienté vers le client, capable d'anticiper et de définir les besoins des clients/projets.
En quoi consiste le rôle ?
Superviser et gérer les projets de construction pendant la phase d'exécution.
- Examiner le projet en profondeur pour planifier les livrables et estimer les coûts.
- Examiner la planification de tous les différents entrepreneurs et gérer la planification complète et adaptée du site.
- Superviser tous les travaux sur site et hors site du projet, en veillant au respect des règles de construction et de sécurité.
- Coordonner et diriger les travailleurs de la construction et les (sous-)entrepreneurs.
- Contrôler quotidiennement l'avancement des travaux.
- Assurer la sécurité des conditions de travail sur le site.
- Préparer des rapports d'avancement internes et externes.
- Anticiper les problèmes potentiels et résoudre ceux qui se présentent.
- Gérer les permis et les licences.
- Analyser, gérer et atténuer les risques.
- Veiller au respect des normes de qualité de la construction et à l'utilisation de techniques de construction appropriées.
Requirements
- Licence ou maîtrise en gestion de la construction, en architecture ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience : au moins 8 ans dans des projets de gestion de la construction.
- Connaissance des systèmes et outils de gestion de projet (par exemple MS Office, MS Project).
- Expérience de l'élaboration de projets dans un environnement industriel.
- Maîtrise de MsOffice (Word, Excel), expérience des logiciels de gestion de la construction (MS Projects, Primavera, Auto-CAD, Lets-Build/Aproplan,...).
- Langues : L'anglais et le français sont obligatoires. Le néerlandais est un atout.
- Disponibilité pour voyager en Belgique
