From bookkeeping and financial reporting to catch-up accounting and ongoing compliance, we function as a reliable offshore extension of your finance team, delivering accuracy, timeliness, and insights for smarter decision-making.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a finance associate located in Delhi, India. The candidate will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Responsibilities also include managing and handling client, and providing insights to support decision-making.Qualifications Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, and NetSuite Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication skills for liaising with international clients Ability to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations Relevant qualifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent Experience in the accounting industry for US and UK businesses is a plus Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldIndustry AccountingEmployment Type Full-time
