Join us and experience a better way to work Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Role Overview: The Lead Data Engineer at Accordion is responsible for the design, development, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of the core technology stack. This role demands deep expertise across tools and technologies within the data domain to design and implement scalable, robust solutions that address both current and future client requirements at optimal cost. The Lead Data Engineer will evaluate existing architectures and recommend enhancements to improve system performance across on-premises and cloud-based environments. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong business knowledge and be well-versed in a wide range of tools, techniques, and best practices in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing. The role also requires strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. What You will do: Partner with clients to understand their business needs and create comprehensive business requirements. Develop end-to-end Business Intelligence frameworks, recommending the right architecture (on-premises or cloud-based) and analytics solutions. Collaborate with business and technology teams to guide solution development and ensure successful implementation. Work closely with business teams to define KPIs and metrics aligned with organizational goals. Partner with Project Managers to develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery within the set schedule. Create standard reports and functional dashboards based on business requirements to provide actionable insights. Conduct training sessions and knowledge
