  • Designs codes testsdebugs and documents software according to systems qualitystandards policies and procedures.
  • Analyzesbusiness needs and creates software solutions. Responsible forpreparing design documentation.
  • Prepares testdata for unit string and parallel testing. Evaluates and recommendssoftware and hardware solutions to meet user needs.
  • Resolves customer issues with software solutions andresponds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
  • Works with business and development teams toclarify requirements to ensure testability.
  • Drafts revises and maintains test plans test cases andautomated test scripts.
  • Executes testprocedures according to software requirements specifications Logsdefects and makes recommendations to address defects.
  • Retests software corrections to ensure problems areresolved. Documents evolution of testing procedures for futurereplication.
  • May conduct performance andscalability testing.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Plans conducts and manages assignmentsgenerally involving large high budgets (cross functional) projectsor more than one project.
  • Assists in creatingthe strategic technical and architectural direction to theprogramming function.
  • Serves as point ofcontact between IT and key business users senior leadership indefining IT solution based on business needs.
  • Drives changes in architecture methodology or programmingprocedures.
  • Performs estimation efforts onthe most complex projects and tracks progress.
  • Obtains detailed specification from business users anddevelopment to ascertain specific output information requirements.
  • Prepares detailed plans for managingcrosstesting team dependencies. Serves as the testing consultant toleader in the IT organization and functional user groups.
  • Mentors team members on all aspects oftesting concepts.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Full stack Developer
  • Extensive knowledge of Java spring boot HTML5 CSS jQueryand Databases (SQL Postgres Oracle etc).
  • Experience with structuring and writing unit tests.
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanismssuch as JSON Web Token.
  • Experience in Agiledevelopment with Sprint Cycles and CICD Process.
  • Total Exp 12 to 15Yrs
