Role Overview:

We are seeking a Manager – Tutoring (Intl. Curricula & Test Prep) to recruit top-tier tutors, manage tutoring operations, and ensure high-quality delivery for IB, IGCSE, and Test Prep programs. This role requires strong recruitment, operations, and student engagement skills to drive growth and excellence in our tutoring services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tutor Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, interview, and onboard highly qualified tutors for IB, IGCSE, SAT, ACT, and other international programs.
  • Tutoring Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, session quality, and tutor-student matching for seamless delivery.
  • Performance Tracking & Quality Assurance: Monitor student progress, gather feedback, and ensure high teaching standards.
  • Student & Parent Engagement: Address student needs, resolve concerns, and enhance retention rates.
  • Collaboration with Growth & Sales Teams: Ensure smooth lead conversion from inquiries to active tutoring sessions.
  • Process Optimization: Implement efficient systems for scheduling, reporting, and tutor coordination.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 3+ years in tutoring operations, edtech, or education recruitment.
  • Experience in hiring and managing tutors for IB, IGCSE, and Test Prep.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and scheduling platforms.
