JOB DESCRIPTION Req ID:     We are currently seeking a SFDC QA - Playwright to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN). Our QA Engineer teams are fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that NTT DATA builds for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. The work of QA Test teams provides clients and teams with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised. Once You Are Here, You Will: • Bachelor’s degree - ideally in Computer Science, Engineering or MIS • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance processes, methodologies, and best practices• 2+ years of experience and expertise with software development and quality engineering (data-driven, white box test automation, Playwright , Karate Framework, system-level testing and End to End Testing)• Salesforce Certified Administrator• "Manual & Automation Testing, experience in Playwright, Junit & Apex Unit testing frameworks.• Experience in REST APIs and SOAP web services with JSON and XML payloads.• Hands-on skills with test automation tools for functional, regression & performance testing.• Understanding of Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud."• Familiarity with Jenkins knowledge, GIT• Playwright , Junit & Apex Unit testing framework, REST APIs and SOAP web services with JSON and XML payloads.• Create UI/API end-to-end cross-cloud impacting, integration automation• Extensive hands on experience using SOAP UI for WebServices automation• Experience with Multiple Automation framework like Keyword, Data driven and Hybrid• Extensively involved in BDD/TDD framework• Expertise in Core Java programming, strong in OOPS Concepts and collection framework• Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Ant, Maven, or other similar technologies• Hands-on skills with test automation tools for functional, regression, performance and load testing• Sound familiarity with Playwright or any of the Open Source Automation Frameworks and unit testing frameworks such as TestNG, J-Unit and/or scripting language like JS, Perl• Familiarity with API testing tool like Postman, SoapUI etc• Build Automation frameworks for End to End Testing of different systems• Able to integrate different Automation frameworks• Build Automation frameworks that can interact with boundary systems such as Oracle• Expert ability to write clear and concise test documents and automation scripts• Build test cases and execute testing with complex data shape• Should be very familiar with DEVOPs tools like Jenkins and should be able to build pipeline from scratch• Building and Driving test practices within the team• Organize and drive cross product testing• Diagnose, track and manage quality issues to resolution• Effectively communicate status and risk to the team and manager• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail• Experience in delivering engineering applications using agile/scrum methodology Desired Skills: o Conducts a wide range of quality-control tests and analyses with full competency to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirementso Interfaces with test lead for business requirements review sessions and use case review sessionso Interfaces with relevant stakeholders for test case review sessionso Develops test cases, creates test data, and executes complex test caseso Documents defects and generate test metricso Tracks defects to resolutiono Communicates and generates accurate and clear project status reportso Mentors one or more testers • Experience in multi-platform testing (Windows, UNIX, LINUX).• Background with Force.com (Apex and Visualforce), Java and an understanding of Javascript, CSS, SOAP XML, and HTML.• Experience developing on the Salesforce.com platform & API.
