Responsibilities Include:-


Security Policy Development:

  • Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures.
  • Ensure policies align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Update policies to address emerging threats and changes in the threat landscape.

Audit and Compliance:

  • Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas of improvement.
  • Develop action plans to address audit observations and compliance gaps.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate assessments and remediation.

Security Process Setup:

  • Establish and document security processes and workflows.
  • Implement best practices for risk management and incident response.
  • Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure cohesive security measures.

Risk Management:

  • Assess and prioritize security risks across the organization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Monitor and review security controls to ensure effectiveness.

Training and Awareness:

  • Develop and deliver security training programs for employees.
  • Promote security awareness and best practices across the organization.
