Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead – Chipset Design Validation Engineer to lead chipset and SoC validation programs from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in design validation, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across hardware, firmware, and driver teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement comprehensive validation plans for functional, performance, power, and compliance testing.
- Lead and mentor a team of design validation engineers.
- Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, and driver development teams.
- Oversee pre- and post-silicon validation processes to ensure quality deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
- 9+ years of experience in chipset or SoC design validation.
- Strong understanding of validation methodologies, testing tools, and industry standards.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
