This is not a
routine backend development role —you will be working on
complex, high-scale products
that require
problem-solving, scalability, and innovation.
What You'll Do
Build Scalable APIs & Backend Systems
– Develop robust APIs using
Django/Flask , ensuring
speed, security, and efficiency .
Optimize Performance
– Work with
large-scale data processing , caching, and distributed systems to
reduce response times
and
improve efficiency .
AI & Automation Integration
– Build and integrate
AI-driven backend solutions
that improve hiring, fintech, and automation workflows.
Work on High-Impact Startup Products
– Collaborate with
YCombinator-backed founders
and
top engineering teams
to build
real-world applications .
Security & Data Integrity
– Ensure backend systems are
secure ,
scalable , and
resilient
to handle millions of users.
End-to-End Development
– Work across
databases (SQL & NoSQL), APIs, cloud infrastructure, and performance optimization .
