Role Overview : As a .NET Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to build scalable, robust, and high-performance web applications using ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, and Web API. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure the technical quality of the codebase. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and technical expertise in .NET technologies. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of applications built on ASP.NET, .NET Core, and MVC frameworks. - Develop and maintain RESTful Web API services to support front-end and mobile applications. - Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment by enforcing coding standards and quality control. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and architecture. - Mentor and guide a team of developers, providing technical leadership and support. - Perform code reviews and ensure continuous integration and deployment processes are followed. - Identify and resolve technical challenges to optimize system performance and scalability. - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and frameworks within the .NET ecosystem, and promote continuous improvement. - Lead technical discussions, architect solutions, and evaluate new technologies or tools that can benefit the development process. - Manage the lifecycle of projects from conception through to deployment, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Required Skills and Experience : - Proven experience in ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, and Web API development. - Strong experience with C# and object-oriented programming (OOP). - Familiarity with SQL Server or other relational databases and Entity Framework for ORM. - Experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong understanding of RESTful API design and best practices. - Knowledge of version control systems (e., Git). - Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services such as Azure or AWS. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong leadership abilities and experience managing or mentoring a development team. - Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders (ref:hirist.tech)
