Overview:

Nomisma Technology is seeking a Full Stack Website Developer skilled in WordPress, React Native, and MongoDB to join our dynamic technology team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable websites and mobile applications. This position requires a developer with a strong grasp of both front-end and back-end technologies and a keen understanding of digital marketing and social media management.


Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using WordPress, Elementor Pro, and other modern front-end technologies, focusing on user experience, brand consistency, and conversion optimization.
  • Design and develop mobile applications using React Native.
  • Manage server-side programming with Node.js and use MongoDB as a database solution.
  • Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile phones and ensure responsiveness of applications.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design into the technical environment.
  • Create a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, digital ads, and social media content, that align with our brand's voice and goals.
  • Manage social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, to increase engagement and followers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on website and social media performance, using insights to drive improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web design, digital marketing, and social media to keep our brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Implement and maintain robust security protocols for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Perform database management and optimization tasks.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to software development best practices and version control using Git.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
  • Proven experience in responsive website and mobile application development.
  • Strong proficiency with WordPress, Elementor Pro, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React Native.
  • Experience with backend technologies, particularly Node.js and MongoDB.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and server-side logic.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and compliance.
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently on multiple projects.
