 Job Overview:

 

The Admissions Manager for Pune City will be responsible for driving student admissions across all Kidzonia Preschools in Pune. This role involves managing both in-house sales activities and field sales operations, including outdoor marketing efforts. The Admissions Manager will work closely with the Regional Sales Head, Center Managers, and the Marketing team to develop and execute strategies that will increase enrollment and enhance the visibility of Kidzonia Preschools in the Pune region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Admissions Strategy and Execution:

   - Develop and implement a comprehensive admissions strategy for all Kidzonia Preschools in Pune.

   - Monitor and analyze admission trends and adjust strategies to meet enrollment targets.

   - Work closely with the Regional Sales Head to align admission goals with overall business objectives.

 

2. In-House Sales Management:

   - Lead and manage the in-house admissions team at each center to ensure a high level of customer service and conversion of inquiries into admissions.

   - Train and mentor the admissions staff at the centers on sales techniques, customer relationship management, and handling objections.

   - Ensure all admission processes, from inquiry to enrollment, are followed efficiently and effectively.

 

3. Field Sales and Outdoor Marketing:

   - Plan and execute field sales activities, including visits to schools, residential complexes, and other potential lead sources to generate inquiries and drive admissions.

   - Organize and participate in outdoor marketing campaigns, such as stalls, exhibitions, school fairs, and community events to promote Kidzonia Preschools.

   - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, community leaders, and local businesses, to enhance the school’s visibility and reputation.

 

4. Lead Generation and Follow-Up:

   - Oversee the management of leads through various channels, including walk-ins, phone inquiries, online inquiries, and referrals.

   - Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and inquiries to maximize conversion rates.

   - Utilize CRM tools to track and report on lead generation, follow-up activities, and conversion metrics.

 

5. Collaboration with Marketing Team:

   - Work closely with the Marketing team to create and implement targeted marketing campaigns tailored to the Pune market.

   - Provide feedback on marketing materials and campaigns to ensure alignment with local market needs and preferences.

   - Assist in the creation of promotional content, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets.

 

6. Reporting and Analysis:

   - Prepare regular reports on admissions activities, sales performance, and market trends for the Regional Sales Head.

   - Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

   - Provide insights and recommendations based on admission data to inform strategic decision-making.

 

7. Customer Relationship Management:

   - Build strong relationships with prospective parents, providing them with comprehensive information about Kidzonia’s offerings and ensuring a positive admissions experience.

   - Address any concerns or queries from parents in a timely and professional manner.

 

8. Compliance and Documentation:

   - Ensure all admissions-related documentation is accurately maintained and in compliance with Kidzonia’s policies and regulatory requirements.

   - Coordinate with the Center Managers to ensure that all enrollment procedures are completed smoothly and efficiently.


Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.

- Strong understanding of the Pune market and experience in handling both in-house and field sales.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Willingness to travel within Pune for field sales and marketing activities.
