Role Overview We're looking for a talented Social Media & Content Marketer to join our team and help elevate our content across social media, websites, and other platforms. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Leadership Manage and grow Nine Degree’s and client brands’ presence on Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, and emerging platforms. Spot and capitalize on social media trends, memes, and cultural moments to keep content fresh and share-worthy. Build engaged online communities by actively managing comments, DMs, and discussions. Visual & Content Creation Conceptualize and create short-form videos (reels, Tik Tok-style edits), carousels, stories, and motion graphics that align with brand tone. Write compelling copy—from witty captions to storytelling posts and client features—that drives clicks and conversations. Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce high-quality visual campaigns. Campaigns & Collaboration Work closely with strategists and account managers to design and execute integrated campaigns. Provide creative inputs on campaign ideas, influencer collaborations, and branded storytelling. Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, and optimized for platform nuances. Performance & Growth Track content performance across platforms and provide actionable insights. Use analytics to refine strategies and improve KPIs like reach, engagement, followers, and conversions. Experiment with content formats, posting times, and audience targeting to unlock growth. Key Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation . Strong grasp of social media culture, platform algorithms, and what makes content viral. Hands-on ability to create reels, edit videos, and design visuals using tools like Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Suite. Excellent writing skills—able to shift tones between witty, professional, educational, and storytelling. Data-driven mindset with familiarity in analytics tools (Meta Insights, Linked In Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.). Ability to balance creativity with consistency, and independence with collaboration. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of SEO for blogs and long-form content. Experience in influencer collaborations or UGC (user-generated content). Comfort with scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later. Key Results Expected: Increased social engagement and platform growth. Consistent pipeline of viral or high-performing content pieces .
