Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Supply Purchase Lead with expertise in E-Bike and Finished Goods (FF) operations. The ideal candidate will manage procurement processes, ensure supply chain efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Procurement and Process Management

  • Oversee PR to PO (Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order) processes for components, CKD (Completely Knocked Down), and FG (Finished Goods), ensuring seamless ERP transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
  • Guarantee supply assurance by monitoring supplier capacity and planning effectively.

Supplier and Inventory Management

  • Resolve GRN (Goods Receipt Note) issues in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate supplier payments and manage ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) processes.
  • Measure and report On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance for all suppliers.
  • Implement VMI (Vendor-Managed Inventory) practices and optimize inventory levels.
  • Drive initiatives to reduce lead times across the supply chain.

Supply Chain Risk and Contingency Planning

  • Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Manage supplier disputes and resolve issues promptly.

Logistics and Coordination

  • Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure efficient movement of goods.
  • Maintain and manage all supply chain-related documentation.

Process Optimization and Collaboration

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Performance and Risk Management

  • Monitor and assess supplier performance against defined KPIs.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to address potential disruptions.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and PR-PO process management.
  • Strong understanding of inventory optimization, lead time reduction, and VMI.
  • Expertise in supply chain risk identification, contingency planning, and business continuity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in supplier disputes and issue resolution.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain operations, preferably in E-Bike or Finished Goods sectors.
  • Knowledge of logistics and transportation coordination.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics like OTD and risk management frameworks.
