Delivery Lead - Designer 2-year fixed term contract Location Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane About the Role Join Suncorp as a key contributor to shaping exceptional customer experiences in our Home Claims Supply Chain business. We’re looking for a passionate professional who thrives on designing improved customer journeys, facilitating collaborative workshops, and driving process improvements that put the customer at the centre of everything we do. This role focuses on customer journey mapping , human-centred design , and engaging stakeholders through facilitation  to create and implemement future-state processes that deliver seamless, transparent, and efficient claims experiences. Key Responsibilities Design customer journeys  with a Supply Chain focus that reflect empathy and deliver improved outcomes across the Home Claims lifecycle. Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions  with stakeholders to uncover pain points and ideate innovative solutions. Collaborate with business teams to map current and future-state processes , ensuring alignment with customer needs and organisational goals. Develop clear artefacts (journey maps, process flows, and design documentation) to support decision-making and adoption. Champion customer-first thinking and foster engagement across all levels of the organisation. Lead design and delivery of Supply Chain Claims Value Transformation initiatives, ensuring readiness and adoption across Home Claims About You Strong experience in customer journey mapping  and human-centred design principles . Proven ability to facilitate workshops  and drive collaborative outcomes. 3+ years in business project delivery experience. Background in process design, business analysis and project delivery, with a focus on customer experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and inspire. Strategic and conceptual thinker who can translate insights into actionable designs. Tertiary qualifications in a business or design-related discipline (desired). Experience in insurance or large enterprise environments is highly regarded. Why Join Us?
