Role: Pricing Analyst Location: Bangalore Exp: 2-4 years Responsibilities: Develop and maintain pricing tools Incorrect Field and profitability modelsGrow total gross margin dollars by identifying pricing actions that encourage higher sale values, conversion rates, inelasticity, margin rates, and customer satisfactionForecast margins to help the business understand the impact of promotional and seasonal pricingMonitor input costing changes and develop sensitivity analysis thresholds to provide reporting on potential changes to finished Incorrect Field pricesPresent pricing analysis (Price sensitivity, price elasticity, cross price elasticity, Cannibalization due to price changes) at a weekly/monthly strategy meeting, with insights, trends, and suggestionsCommunicate and help implement pricing changes bi-directionally through the command chainLead pricing-related projects including establishing timelines, defining deliverables, and drafting communications or presentationsExperienced in Marketing mix modelling to assess the impact of marketing activities on Sales and also to optimise the spends for marketing activitiesMaintain knowledge and stay abreast of developments in the industry via information obtained from financial publications and services, government agencies, company sources, and personal interviewsAssist R&D efforts with market views and feedbackSkills and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, operations, research, statistics, math, economics, or related analytical discipline preferredFinancial management experience with planning, forecasting, and business analysisExperience within {CPG/Retail}Work cross-functionally throughout the organization to drive analysis-driven changeDemonstrates complex problem resolution proficiency and the ability to identify/implement process and system enhancementsProficiency with analytical and presentation tools (Python/R programming, Excel pivot tables, SQL queries, graphing, PowerPoint)In-depth knowledge of BI tools Incorrect Field and practical experience analyzing data, program metrics, and performanceAbout Quation: We specialize in delivering synergistic solutions that enable businesses to make informed decisions.
