JobResponsibilities

Create new oradapt existing user flows wireframes prototypes and detailed designmockups to communicate productenhancements.

Consider thecontext and overall user flow in all designs as well as anyengineering constraints that may influenceimplementation.

Collaboratewith Product Managers Engineering Team Members Designers andCompany Stakeholders to create designedsolutions.

Design for weband mobile solutions taking into account responsive designconsiderations and focusing on mobilefirst for our respondent usergroups.

Participate andobserve in user research when appropriate for larger longtermprojects.

Informartifacts and designs using iterative design research techniquesincluding quantitative surveys customer interviews and other formsof requirementsdiscovery.

Provideguidance through documentation artifacts and conversations formultipleteams.

Directionsshould be clear and be written with engineering team members inmind as the audience enabling them to efficiently executedesigns.

Follow branddesign guidelines best practices and standards including our designsystems and specifiedcomponents.

Create in afastpaced work environment through independent selfdirection thatprioritizes team collaboration andcommunication.

Strongknowledge of interaction design processes and techniquesparticularly as applied to desktop & mobileproducts.

Demonstrates adesire for continual learning and personaldevelopment.

Proficiency inFigma ismandatory.

You have agenuine curiosity the ability to learn and an open mind toexperiment with varioustools

B.Des in any ofthe following: Interaction Design Experience Design Graphic DesignVisual Design and/or relatedfields.

Figmaexperience

1.5 2 years inUI Graphic design
