Job DescriptionSummary:
To meet the growing requirements ofthe Custody business we are seeking a Performance Lead &Coordinator analyst with strong skills in implementingnonfunctional and continuous integration test processes methodstesting tools NFR test plans and execution with excellentcoordination skills among different stakeholders in productdevelopment testing and environment teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience inPerformance Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years ofleading Performance Engineering delivery and creating or advisingon Performance Strategy.
  • Performance Testingexperience using tools like Load Runner JMeter Performance CenterBlazemeter etc.
  • Handson scripting using LRprotocols like JAVA HTTP/HTML Oracle NCA Trueclient MQ .NetWebservice Citrix Winsocket etc.
  • Handsonexperience in developing LR/JMeter scripts from scratch.
  • Handson coding experience in JAVA Shell/Perl scripts C orPython would be an added advantage.
  • Experiencein monitoring and diagnostic tools like Dynatrace AppDynamicsNewRelic to diagnose and identify performancebottlenecks.
  • Good understanding of SDLC Agileand CI/CD.
  • Good understanding and developmentexperience in Service virtualization and TDM (Test datamanagement).
  • Experience with open sourceprofiling and performance testing tools.
  • Goodknowledge in application Profiling of Java and .Net basedclient/server/web applications.
  • Monitor andcollect platformlevel utilization metrics using standard OSmonitoring tools like perfmon (Windows) *stat (Linux) nmon (AIX)etc.
  • Investment banking domain knowledge(Trade workflow Custody ETF).
  • Excellent verbaland written communication skills.
  • Exposure tofunctional Test Automation & hybrid keyworddriven datadrivenBehaviorDriven Automation frameworks.

Added Advantage:

  • Fail Over Security Resilience Scalabilitytesting.
  • Exposure to Agile MethodologyCI/CD.
  • Experience in Service virtualizationand Test data management.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in Performance EngineeringAutomation Tools requirement reviews & able to identifycommunicate and document discrepancies.
  • Development experience in a fastpaced timetomarketdrivenenvironment.
  • Understanding of Performance testProcesses/Nonfunctional testing lifecycle.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written andverbal communication skills.
  • QA Experience indefining designing & executing performance test use cases andprepare reports by analyzing performance statistics.
  • Experience in leading performance testengineers.

Qualification:
Bachelors/masters degree either in technologydisciplines.
