The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work efficiently in a night shift environment.Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed online research across defined industries and company types. - Collect, verify, and document information from reliable sources (LinkedIn, company websites, job boards, directories, etc.). - Build and maintain organized databases with accurate company and candidate-level details. - Update records in ATS/CRM and Excel/Google Sheets with proper formatting and tagging. - Maintain high data accuracy and ensure zero duplication. - Adapt search strategies using alternative job titles, keywords, and industry variations. - Share progress, patterns, and blockers with the internal lead to support workflow improvements.Qualifications- 1–3 years of experience in back-end operations, online research, data entry, lead generation, market mapping, or non-voice BPO work. - Experience working with global teams is a plus. - Strong research skills and comfort with online tools. - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to CRM/ATS systems is an advantage. - High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured processes.Soft Skills- Analytical and curious mindset. - Highly organized and consistent in documentation. - Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong focus and discipline for night-shift operations.Job Details- Position: BPO Executive (Back-End | Non-Voice Process) - Location: Pune (On-site) - Experience: 1–3 Years - Compensation: 3.25 – 4 LPA (Annual, including night shift) - Schedule: 5 Days/Week - Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (US Shift) - Start Date: Immediate Joiners PreferredCompensation & Benefits- Competitive salary package - Family Medical Insurance - Provident Fund (PF) - Night Shift Allowance - Cab facilities for pick-up & drop - Monthly Rewards & Recognition - Employee engagement activities and events
