Quality Control:

Responsible for physical verification of quality standards of material used such as Brick, sand, aggregate, fly ash bricks and ensure they are of right qualityEnsure all the constructions are made as per international concrete standardsRegular review of the safety practices followed at sites/offices and ensure that adequate safety measures have been taken

Process & Policies:

Adhere to quality process set and work continuously to improve the sameResponsible for creating quality awareness amongst all through proper communicationPrepare a checklist of test/documents required for various testing and ensure adherence to same

Statutory compliance & R&D Support:

Ensure all guidelines related to pollution control are met and there is no penaltyEnsure that there is no penalty, compliance issue for using low quality of building material or faulty construction techniqueEnsure that there is no claim for any damage caused by low quality raw material, process, parameter, etc.Ensure regular research & development activities to find out innovative & cost effective methods of construction & to introduce new methodologiesCoordinate with Quality head for introducing new technology for process & quality improvisation, Upgradation of existing processes.Work continuously towards improving quality of construction; identify new quality material for better quality product.

Reports:

Ensure that all documentation, record, compliance are maintained properly to avoid any penalty.Preparation of corrective and preventive action reports and various quality related documents.

Certification – 10%

Work towards achieving ISO and other international quality parameter certificatesEnsure regular audit and proper compliance for regular renewal of such certificates

Self & Team Development – 10%

Attend all training programs (behavioral/ technical), seminars conducted/sponsored by companyself learning and gain knowledge of other skillsRegular mentoring of the teamContinuous training and development of the teamBE Degree/Diploma in Quality5 – 6 years experience in similar profileComputer proficiencyKnowledge of process, material used in real estate industry
