We are seeking an experienced Senior AEM Assets Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets and a strong background in developing and implementing digital asset management (DAM) solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain AEM Assets solutions, including custom workflows, components, and services.

- Manage and optimize digital assets within AEM, ensuring proper tagging, metadata, and organization.

- Implement and configure AEM workflows for asset ingestion, processing, and delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, content creators, and marketing teams, to understand and meet their asset management needs.

- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of AEM Assets implementations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM Assets and DAM functionality.

- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in AEM and recommend best practices for DAM solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 6+ years of experience in AEM development with a focus on AEM Assets.

- Strong proficiency in Java and related technologies.

- Extensive experience with AEM workflows, components, templates, and DAM.

- Knowledge of AEM administration, including user and group management, permissions, and configurations.

- Experience with integrating AEM with other systems and tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, third-party DAMs, and content delivery networks (CDNs).

- Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).

- Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.

- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
