With partnerships across 5,000+ premier educational institutions nationwide , we’ve established ourselves as a trusted name in education-focused financial services.Role OverviewThe Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities,ensuring smooth execution of financial processes, and supporting cross-functional teams. Therole requires attention to detail, process orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-pacedfintech environment while adhering to defined TATs (Turnaround Times).Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance & Operational ExcellenceManage end-to-end processes including KYC, NACH, Institute, and LenderVerify compliance requirements (PAN, KYC, agreements, mandates) before loan disbursement.Ensure cases move seamlessly through defined stages in the loan lifecycle.Handle escalations & resolve operational queries within defined TAT.Conduct pre-disbursal checks to ensure KYC, payments, NACH mandates, andagreements are in place.Ensure strict adherence to regulatory norms, lender policies, and internal SOPs.Identify and escalate discrepancies, or policy deviations.Monitor Downpayment and refunds.Validate merchant ID transactions and escalate discrepancies.Reporting & Process ImprovementsSuggest process improvements and support automation/system enhancementinitiatives.Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate with tech/product teams to streamlineworkflows.People & CoordinationCoordinate with interns/subordinates to ensure smooth execution at the workfront.Communicate and align with internal teams for process consistency.Contribute as a strong team player while supporting leadership and organizationalgoals.Key CompetenciesAnalytical Thinking: Ability to assess gaps, identify risks, and resolve operational issues.Process Orientation: Strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and SOP adherence.Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.Adaptability: Manage high volumes efficiently in a dynamic fintech/banking environmentSkillsExperience: 2–3 years in Fintech, NBFC, Banking, or E-commerce operations.Strong knowledge of financial products, KYC norms, loan processing, and NACH/eNACH.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.Leadership & organizational abilities with flexibility to work in shifts, Sundays, or holidays.
