Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Co-Founder in a Skill Tech early-stage company, part of Talent Skillsvarsity's business portfolio.
The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving the company’s vision, strategy, and growth. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales and marketing efforts, conducting market research, developing strategic partnerships, and facilitating communication across teams.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Marketing skills
Excellent Communication skills
Research and Analytical skills
Proven experience in a leadership role
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have prior experience in Skills or Higher Education or Technology domains
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership & execution ability
Compensation
Combination of Early-stage modest salary, Variable/profit share
depending on fit.
