About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement & Supplier Coordinator to join us on a contractual, remote basis. The role involves sourcing high-quality raw herbs, oils, and extracts from trusted manufacturers while ensuring best commercial terms and compliance with certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop a reliable supplier base for Ayurvedic ingredients.
- Negotiate MOQs, delivery timelines, and quality terms with vendors.
- Maintain supplier contracts, certifications, and compliance records.
- Ensure timely coordination between suppliers, labs, and internal QA teams.
- Build strong vendor relationships to support long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years’ experience in sourcing/procurement in Agro, Pharma, or AYUSH industries.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract handling skills.
- Understanding of certifications, compliance, and quality terms.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
