Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Semi Qualified Company Secretary (CS) located in Wadala, Mumbai. The Semi Qualified CS will manage the compliance requirements under company law, maintain statutory registers, execute secretarial audits, coordinate board meetings and general meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure timely filing of returns. They will also handle legal documentation, liaise with regulatory authorities, and ensure adherence to corporate governance practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Company Law and Secretarial Practices
  • Proficiency in maintaining statutory registers and carrying out secretarial audits
  • Experience in coordinating board meetings, drafting minutes, and filing statutory returns
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with corporate governance
  • Attention to detail and high organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, or related field
  • Partly qualified Company Secretary with relevant experience
