This is a unique opportunity to shape a groundbreaking product from its earliest stage.We are seeking a Business/Data Analyst with expertise in data analysis and database management for financial services systems. In this role, you will analyze data and collaborate with LLM engineers to enhance our AI-based knowledge systems. You will also be responsible for structuring high-quality datasets for AI-powered solutions.•data and market trends to generate intelligence for an LLM-based solution.•robust SQL queries and MongoDB scripts.•structured datasets for AI-driven analytics and LLM training.•real-world examples and benchmarks for RAG-based retrieval systems.•with the LLM engineering team to optimize knowledge retrieval flows.• Build dashboards and reporting tools to support risk analysis, compliance, and business intelligence.• B.Sc. in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.• 3+ years of experience in data analysis for financial services applications.• 3+ years of experience working with SQL and MongoDB queries.• Familiarity with financial services datasets.• Knowledge of RAG and LLMs, with the ability to structure data for AI-powered retrieval systems.• Good understanding of banking system flows, products, and regulations.• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).• Understanding of business banking.• Experience in Python (preferred) or R for data processing.• Prior work experience with financial data sources.Be part of a groundbreaking fintech startup at its earliest stage.Lead innovative solutions transforming financial services.Enjoy the flexibility of remote work and a culture that values knowledge sharing and collective success.Send your resume to We look forward to hearing from you
