About the RoleAcuity is currently looking for a dedicated and motivated person having experience in Dimensions tool for Survey Programming team based in Gurgaon.ResponsibilitiesClient Management: Understanding project request, structuring, planning & conceptualizing output, negotiate deadline and handling client queries.Survey Programming using Dimensions: Understanding Q’nair requirement and sending queries to client. Developing survey using Dimensions tool. Should be able to troubleshoot any issues related to programming independently.Changes management: Working on any changes from client side and activating project once approved.Translation: Working on translations in various markets as per project requirements. Knowledge of custom scripting using CSS/HTML/jQuery is desired.Qualifications2-5 years of experience in survey programming using Dimensions.Required SkillsKnowledge of javascript / jquery will be added advantage.Experience in managing client communications and handling projects independently.Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills, as evidenced by extensive experience in utilizing those skills in survey programming.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.Preferred SkillsExperience in Dimension tool.Take ownership of quality related aspects.Manage and maintain client relationships – would include regular interaction with client(s) and act as a solutions provider.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive to the market
