The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions that enhance airport efficiency, passenger experience, and operational safety.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end delivery of airport technology projects, including passenger processing systems, baggage handling, and airside applications.- Manage application development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.- Collaborate with airport stakeholders, airlines, ground handlers, and regulatory bodies to ensure project alignment.- Oversee integration of applications with existing airport systems (e.g., AODB, FIDS, BHS, CUTE/CUPPS).- Ensure compliance with aviation standards (IATA, ICAO) and cybersecurity protocols.- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and risk registers.- Conduct regular status meetings and provide executive-level reporting.- Manage vendor relationships and third-party development teams.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).- 10+ years of experience in technical project management.- 3+ years of experience in airport technology or aviation domain.- Strong background in application development (web/mobile/cloud).- Familiarity with airport systems: AODB, FIDS, BHS, RMS, CUTE/CUPPS.- Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodologies.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
