Position : Sales Manager
Location:  Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, India (In-office position)
At Holistic Nature Homes, we're more than builders we are creators of nature-centric living and customized second homes. From land procurement to designing the perfect nature home, from building it to manage the property, we curate every step.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will report directly to the Sales Head and play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to our success in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Stay updated on market trends and developments to adapt strategies accordingly.
Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting teamwork and synergy. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Market Analysis: Maintain a deep understanding of the local real estate market, competitors, and industry trends. Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets, with a passion for the real estate industry.
Experience in residential real estate or property consulting is preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
High level of integrity and ethics.
CTC: 4-6 LPA + Incentives
Note: Compensation (CTC) is subject to experience and qualifications.
