Job Description

- Executing the BPS (Bosch Production System) / Lean Management strategy for the plant and value stream.

- Developing the competency of the value stream members across Source, Make and Deliver in the various BPS elements .

- Coaching and supporting the value stream in the implementation of the System CIP approach and SCIP projects.

- Developing the value stream across Source, Make & Deliver in the implementation of BPS principles like Pull principle, Standardized work, Daily Leadership Routines etc.

- Having an good understanding of digital tools and concepts used across the value chain and using the digital data to develop the value stream.

- Supporting the Value stream leader and BPS Plant Coordinator in achieving the BPS Maturity level in the BPS assessment.

Qualifications

BE Mechanical / Industrial Engineering

3+ years of experience in operational business (production, logistics, planning, etc.) Experience of participating in lean improvement projects in production & logistics. Good understanding of VSM (Value Stream Mapping), VSD (Value Stream Design), BPS principles and methods. Good understanding of digital tools like MES (Manufacturing Engineering System), Power BI will be an added advantage Required competence - Leadership skills, analytical and problem solving skills, should be excellent in presentation and communication.

This position is responsible for driving the BPS strategy in the value stream and supporting the implementation of the BPS principles and standards.
